Objective:

• Provide integrated support and assistance to women affected by violence.
• Ensure access to medical, legal, psychological, and counselling services under one roof.

Target Beneficiaries: The OSC will support all women including girls below 18 years of age affected by violence, irrespective of caste, class, religion, region, sexual orientation or marital status. For girls below 18 years of age, institutions and authorities established under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 will be linked with the OSC.

Target Area: Tinsukia District of Assam

Objective:

• To rehabilitate Children in need of care and protection for their care, treatment, education, training, development, and rehabilitation.
• To provide them a creative opportunity and become useful member of the society.
• To provide them basic education and welfare services like free lodging, boarding, health and recreation.
• To promote recognition of the skills, merits and abilities of special children.
• To combat stereotypes, prejudices and harmful practices relating to persons with disabilities, including those based on sex and age, in all areas of life.

Target Beneficiaries: Special need children under 18 years.
